REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree, well-known university graduates are preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in processing and rating the Call Data Record (CDR).
• Having strong data analytical skills and able to operate data analytical software such as excel, hadoop, tableau or python.
• Proficiency in settlement and financial systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

• Manage Interconnection/IDD/Roaming settlement for Overseas & Domestic Carrier properly and in a timely manner.
• Update & maintain parameter in 3rd party billing system: Rate agreement & update numbering for domestic & overseas carrier; Holiday rate; Billing period; Refile rate for overseas carrier ; Business rule & scheme
• Solving data reject by analyzing & configure the 3rd party billing parameter
• Volume comparing of the Company’s data with OLO data to find dispute main cause (IDD, Fixed & Cell)
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate the settlement process and avoid the invoice miscalculating.
• Work with cross-functional teams to automate data processing and reduce manual processes.
• Support internal and external audits related to billing and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
