Description:
This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto office (250 Yonge Street) and/or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.
Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code for database applications.
- Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Design and optimize database structures, ensuring high performance and data integrity.
- Create and maintain database objects, such as tables, views, indexes, and stored procedures.
- Perform database tuning and optimization to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other developers to integrate database components with other parts of the software architecture.
