Description:
Job Overview: The Sr Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing the operations within the Central and Eastern Europe region. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that align with the company’s objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Qualification in technical field and at least 5 years of IT experience including 3 years in a technical customer support role.
- A degree in Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably within the CEE region.
- Proficient in project management and familiar with performance metrics.
- Fluency in English and at least one Central or Eastern European language is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Decision-making skills and the ability to operate with autonomy and discretion.
- Strong understanding of the cultural and business landscape of Central and Eastern Europe.
- Troubleshooting and problem analysis.
- Customer service focused skills.
- Excellent in thriving within a dynamic and diverse cultural setting
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all team-related matters within the CEE region.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of regional goals with overall company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for team development.
- Liaise with partners and vendors on IT related user support.
- Work with other support functions on projects and activities related to IT
