The Opportunity
The Sr. Program Manager of Talent Management will drive Talent Review responsibilities for the company. Talent Review is an annual program where senior leaders come together to discuss talent across the organization and assess/forecast the performance and potential of leadership talent. This process ensures we have the right leaders in the right roles at the right time.
What you’ll Do
This role requires close collaboration with Leaders across Talent Management, Talent Development, Global BPs, HR Tech, HR Insights, Exec Search, Rewards, and Leaders in the business to drive and execute on the multi-year journey of Talent Review. This includes scaling the Workday-based tool and comfort driving technical enhancements, facilitating live Talent Review calibrations in partnership with BPs and Senior Leaders, partnering with Talent Development on actively developing leaders after Talent Reviews, and continuously translating customer feedback into ongoing improvements. This is a global role that will impact how we approach performance, potential, and leader development. Seeking a skilled and strategic program manager who can:
Program manage company-wide Talent Review process (key skills needed: ability to think ahead, responsiveness, stakeholder management)
Be comfortable piloting, failing, learning and scaling - with technology, process, and enablement
Work with HR Tech to ensure seamless experience in tool (test, improve tool, and provide support to BPs/Leaders as needed)
Drive training & enablement of BPs/Leaders as Talent Review scales, including helping facilitate leadership conversations as needed (key skills needed: ability to build trust, executive presence)
Work with global BPs/leaders to understand their needs and how Talent Review can help, synthesize/document to share with key stakeholders (skills needed: strategic problem solving, using data to form hypotheses, using methodical approach to test/improve a solution)
Partner with EX stakeholders/BPs to drive ongoing follow through with leaders
Leverage existing tools from HR Insights (Workday, Excel, PowerBI, external benchmarking) to generate key Talent Review insights that will drive the right actions for BPs/Leaders (skills needed: curiosity, ability to connect the dots with stakeholders)
Other Talent Review responsibilities as needed in support of Talent Review

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,800 – $234,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
