ABOUT THE TEAM

Partnerships team are seeking to hire a Senior Partner Manager within the ISO partner team. This individual will manage some of our tier 1 ISO partner relationships where you’ll be expected to maximise lead referrals/revenue opportunities, acting as the main contact point for the partnerships, managing technical integrations and rollouts for key merchants alongside your partners, training and educating new colleagues from within your partner portfolio and more.

Any successful applicant must demonstrate outstanding industry technical knowledge and clearly understand how third party technology can play a role within the payments ecosystem.

  • Main point of contact for tier 1 partners
  • Maximise lead generation for commercial uplift from your accounts to meet targets
  • Weekly partner reporting
  • Conducting structured partner MBRs, QBRs and Annual Reviews
  • Main liaison for partner across internal stakeholders (e.g. boarding, servicing, marketing etc.)
  • Manage partner residual payments
  • Manage partner contract renewals
  • Issue resolution management
  • Drive product upsells into your partner portfolio (e.g. conversion to Worldpay eCommerce)

Responsibilities:
