YOUR MISSION
- Shape and Drive Culture: You will be instrumental in shaping our culture and implementing initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
- Recruitment Excellence: Lead the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and direct search to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent
- Employee Development: Design and lead comprehensive training and development programs that actively promote employee growth while establishing a second layer of leadership within the team. The focus is on strengthening leadership capabilities to ensure long-term support of the company’s strategic goals
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between hiring managers, and management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
- HR Administration: Oversee HR administration including contract management, personnel file maintenance, and preparatory payroll tasks
- Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand through creative initiatives and effective communication strategies.
- People Analytics: Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and improve organizational effectiveness
- Work closely with the HR team from Apps Factory, our strategic partner
