Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, examining, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, picking, returning and staging items for storage and operations in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
  • Process receiving raw materials for controlled substances, stage and kit materials with speed, accuracy and close attention to detail
  • Preparing cGMP documents and Proficient in use of ERP system
  • Complete LPRFs and post prints
  • Main contact for controlled substance weighing/measuring/tracking for Scientists in VS1
  • Operating material handling equipment
  • Working in and out of a -20C Freezer and 5C Cold Room and -80 freezers
  • Stage Kits for formulations in a timely manner according to customer requirements.
  • Pick up retains and maintain retain area
  • Manage and stage kanban items and remove expired material
  • Support interdepartmental communication relating to several groups such as: planning, value stream leaders, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and receiving
  • Participate and report out at Tier Board Meetings
  • Assume responsibility for special projects assigned by the Team Leads, and/or manager
  • Perform frequent inventory, stock rotation and cycle counting
  • May perform other related tasks as required and/or assigned
  • Adopt PPI and continuous improvement, participates in 5S, submit JDIs and Hazard IDs
