Description:

A growing digital marketing agency in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Sr. PPC Manager to oversee client accounts and lead a team of PPC associates. This key role involves managing 15-20 clients, providing hands-on campaign management, and collaborating closely with clients. The Sr. PPC Manager will work directly with 6-8 clients while guiding a team of two PPC associates to ensure optimal performance and high client satisfaction.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in PPC management, with strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and provide mentorship, along with experience in a client-facing role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in conversion tracking and ad performance analysis.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking abilities, able to oversee multiple accounts and manage a team effectively.
  • Client-Centric: Strong communication skills, dedicated to providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling 6-8 accounts personally and overseeing additional clients managed by the PPC associates.
  • Campaign Oversight: Develop and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms, with a focus on achieving client-specific KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor two PPC associates, providing guidance on strategies, troubleshooting, and professional development.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools for tracking conversions and assessing campaign effectiveness, providing clients with data-driven insights and regular performance reports.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop tailored PPC strategies for each client to drive conversion and optimize ad spend, ensuring alignment with client goals and maximizing ROI.
