Your Mission: As our Senior Process Engineer in Mexicali, you will apply scientific/ technical knowledge in the design, development and implementation of engineering models, tools and/or processes. Responsible for planning and directing engineering programs/projects, setting priorities and allocating resources, and making necessary decisions on day-to-day operating matters. This role is responsible for cross-discipline activities and cannot be assigned to a specific engineering specialty.
In this role you will need to take initiative and independently develop methods and procedures for application on new assignments. You will lead projects performed by cross-functional teams, provide periodic reports and updates, assessing project and team performance. Additionally, you will have to bring creative thinking and ideas to improve product, infrastructure, and team efficiency.
You will be responsible for delivering results that positively impact productivity, team efficiency, and quality of product/technical work. Provides consistently high-quality technical work on multiple projects, which have a positive financial impact on business goals and on customer satisfaction.
