Responsibilities:
THE TEAM AND ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and develop the Account Integrity roadmap to:
- Maximize the ROI of our user authentication and verification processes, and
- Ensure account/data security and regulatory compliance
This role is part of our Integrity (Trust & Safety) team, working to make Tinder the safest place to meet new people.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of Account Integrity product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
- Drive roadmap for the suite of products that prevent bad actors from creating and accessing Tinder accounts, thereby upholding the authenticity on the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, particularly Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, and Security teams, to use data and make short- and long-term trade-offs to deliver on their roadmap.
- Understand fraud patterns, device detection / mitigation strategies to secure user accounts, while also ensuring delightful login experiences for normal users
- Have an opportunity to influence and drive bottomline savings of millions of dollars for Tinder
- Engage externally with industry associations and vendors for improving solutions
