REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Examples:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- At least 7 years of product management experience, preferably in the interaction workflow and automation SaaS domain.
- Experience with interaction automation platforms such as Google Dialog Flow, IBM Watson, Amelia, Amazon Lex, LivePerson, Microsoft Copilot, Cognigy, and similar
- Experience/Understanding of privacy by design & privacy requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI, etc) in the context of Big Data and ML.
- Experience working with product management tools including Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence.

- Serve as the go-to expert on AI-based products and services, spreading the word both internally and externally
- Develop comprehensive business cases and financial models to guide product development and investment
- Ensure our products meet all security and data privacy standards, working closely with legal and infosec teams.
