In this dynamic role you will improve the growth of one of our key products in the field of dermatology by crafting and building high-class commercial strategies, by developing and implementing outstanding marketing tactics and actions to achieve committed business objectives.
By analysis of market trends and internal critical metrics, and by translating insights into impactful actions you will enhance business impact. By owning the cross-functional CVTs and by partnering with colleagues from Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory and Business Excellence, you will build cross-functional brand strategies. Your portfolio consists of different products at different stages in life-cycle, with active promotion as well as pipeline products for the treatment of psoriasis. In addition, you will actively contribute to the EMEA IBVT and MSM (Mid-Sized Markets) networks, representing the local interest, sharing market expertise and providing insights. Direct leadership of your marketing team and talent development as well as close cross-functional teamwork will be a vital part of your role to ensure that we are successful as a strong team. You will be responsible for financial planning, handling business insights and product budgets (NTS, OPEX etc.) By living and role modelling full compliance with J&J Credo you will preserve trust and reputation towards our HCP, collaborators and patients using our products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated record of accomplishments in pharmaceutical sales or marketing
- Outstanding understanding of the Swiss Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in English and German required, French considered an advantage
- Strong eye for business with innovative thinking

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for owning the strategy, development and execution of the business plans based on deep market insights with the Country Value Teams (CVTs) in line with the IBVT strategy to improve growth
- Managing the marketing functions and developing successful individuals which are living a go-together and go-beyond approach
- Tracking and reporting the business performance, identify deviations and recommend operational and strategic options to improve the commercial performance.
- Responsible for local commercial projects, such as innovative omnichannel customer engagement campaigns, development of sales material, congress presences, market insight generation projects
- Developing and maintaining relationships with partners, such as health care professionals, associations to continuously supervise the environments and find opportunities and threats as well as responding with actions.
- Driving accountability, collaboration, effective decision-making, innovation and empowerment to the lowest level possible
- Aligning the BU strategy with the Commercial director and other leadership team members in the country
