Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Own a Product Category: Take full ownership of a specific product area, including managing the roadmap and key features, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Drive Product Vision: Understand user personas, customer needs, competitors, and market dynamics to synthesize a clear product and experience vision.
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Sales, Product Marketing, and other key stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer, user and market needs.
• Ensure Go-to-Market Execution: Support go-to-market efforts by collaborating with various functions to ensure products achieve business impact and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously Innovate: Assess user needs, market trends, and innovation opportunities and translate these into viable solutions.
• Develop Market Positioning: Craft impactful messaging and market positioning for your product area, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals.
• Elevate organizational outcomes: Through the strategic alignment of product advancements with customer demands and market possibilities.

This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to make a real impact on our product portfolio and business growth. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, Henning Toft Schwarz, you’ll be a key player in driving the success of our innovative solutions within your product area.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have,

• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven history as a Product Manager. You have extensive experience and have successfully launched hardware devices, software, and have experience in a B2B or B2C environment
• Advanced Communication Capabilities: Skilled in orchestrating dialogues, coordinating with involved parties, and explicating sophisticated notions in an understandable manner
• Industry and Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge in navigating product lifecycle stages, applying engineering methodologies, recognizing design considerations, and maintaining an overarching viewpoint.
• Established Execution Competence: Evidenced skill in carrying out tasks and shaping decisions within a matrix structure.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical field such as Engineering, with additional qualification in business.

The Product Management Team currently consists of 4 others and will only continue to grow over the coming year. Our offices are located at global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark. We have a strong focus on innovation and collaboration across the entire organization.
