JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and technical Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our API & integration products, with a particular focus on ERP systems such as SAP. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise software integrations, especially ERP systems, with extensive hands-on experience integrating with SAP and other enterprise software solutions. You will bring expertise in managing complex integration projects, aligning technical capabilities with business goals, and optimizing performance across multiple systems.
As the Senior Product Manager for API & Integrations you will also play a pivotal role in shaping our integration strategy, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity between our solutions and various enterprise software platforms. You will also be responsible for driving the roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of integration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the API and integration roadmap, aligning with business goals and market needs, focusing on seamless enterprise software and ERP (e.g., SAP) integrations.
  • API Management: Lead the design and development of scalable, secure APIs, ensuring high performance, ease of use, and strong developer experience.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, DevOps, and partner teams to deliver high-quality APIs and integrations, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with broader product goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, gathering feedback and refining API and integration offerings based on customer and partner needs.
  • Standards & Security: Establish API standards for documentation, versioning, and security, ensuring compliance with enterprise-grade protocols.
  • Performance & Scalability: Optimize API and integration performance, ensuring scalability, high availability, and low latency. Track KPIs and monitor adoption.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on trends in API management and enterprise integrations to inform product decisions and maintain competitive advantages.
  • Customer & Developer Support: Enhance the developer experience with strong API documentation and tools. Engage with the developer community to drive adoption and improvement.
