We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and develop the Safety Experience roadmap to:

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and develop the Safety Experience roadmap to:

  • Foster healthy interactions among users and maintain a respectful community,
  • Ensure our moderation user experiences are fair, transparent, and humane.

This role is part of our Integrity (Trust & Safety) team, working to make Tinder the safest place to meet new people.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Lead, influence, and take responsibility for the strategy, outcomes, and execution of the Safety Experience roadmap.
  • Define the requirements, design, and delivery of user-facing features to improve member safety.
  • Create wireframes, narratives, and other illustrations to convey feature ideas and gather feedback.
  • Balance input from a wide variety of stakeholders with potentially competing ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, such as Marketing, Member Experience, Creative, Legal, Privacy, and X-Product teams, to increase user awareness of safe behaviors and access to safety resources.
  • Advocate for fair and transparent user experiences within our moderation and new feature development.
  • Gather insights from Consumer/UX Research and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Engage with industry associations and non-profit organizations for expert advice.
