Our advanced hearing protection solutions enable special operations, military, law enforcement, and security personnel to communicate in the most extreme environments - all while providing first-in-class hearing protection.
As our new Sr. Product Marketing Manager, your primary goal will be to boost awareness and usage of our market-leading products. You’ll develop product stories, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for FalCom’s first-in-class hearing protection and communications products and services.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Influence product strategy, portfolio, and associated roadmaps by leveraging customer insights, market trends, and business goals.
  • Craft unique product messaging and positioning that addresses customer needs and sets us apart from competitors
  • Deliver GTM strategies and campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing to ensure successful product launches.
  • Continuously refine product marketing processes, tools, and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the product marketing strategy to expand our product portfolio.
  • Ensure cohesive portfolio-level storytelling and market positioning across all products.
  • Collaborate on product programs from inception, creating strong value propositions and narratives.
  • Ensure our products maintain an effective position within the marketplace.
  • Oversee PMM processes and interfaces with other functions to maintain alignment.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing or strategy, ideally within both hardware and software products.
  • Proven experience building product centric growth
  • Great writer and thinker; exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven competence in performing efficiently across multiple functions within a rapidly evolving setting.
  • Extensive experience in crafting and delivering go-to-market strategies that define target audiences, positioning, product stories, value propositions, and success metrics.
  • Proficient at working with others and providing mentorship to co-workers.
  • Comfortability in engaging with stakeholders across various organizational tiers, including both individual team members and executive leadership.

About the Team:
The Product Management Team currently consists of 4 others and will only continue to grow over the coming year. Our offices are located at global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark. We emphasize the importance of innovative thinking and collaborative efforts throughout the company.
