Wilson Language training is growing and is looking to hire a Senior Product Marketing Manager.
The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that enhance product positioning and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments, ensuring that product messaging is clear, compelling, and aligned with market needs. By leveraging customer insights and competitive intelligence and turning them into actionable strategies, the Senior Product Marketing Manager translates complex information into actionable strategies that lead to successful product launches and increased adoption throughout the customer journey.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous working experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Manager or similar role.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in market analysis and familiarity with go-to-market strategies.
- Proficient in leveraging data-driven insights to inform product strategies and decision-making.
- Experience in competitive intelligence and the ability to track and respond to market dynamics.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and differentiate product offerings
- Familiar with various product marketing tactics.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytic tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Educational Market is a plus.
EDUCATION OR CERTIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field OR equivalent experience.
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar relevant field preferred.
Wilson has identified the anticipated pay range for this role based on the many factors that we consider in defining compensation levels for our roles, including market data, and internal equity considerations. Actual pay, and allocation between base and any target discretionary bonus, will vary based on geographic location, education, work experience, skills, market data, and internal equity considerations. Anticipated Salary Range: $102,000 - $131,000.
