Product Support Specialist
This role will be site based in San Jose, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and application specific product support for released and produced LSMS products with emphasis on resolving application issues using a system level approach.
  • Build and disseminate important factory and field information critical to product or field service problems, with efforts that support improvements in products and service, corrective action, or cost reductions.
  • Identify gaps in the current support systems and develop or improve and implement customer centric solutions for current and future products.
  • Work with the factory teams to ensure current products meet our high level of quality and that new products meet product design criteria for serviceability, specifications, and applications performance.
  • Develop and provide training programs to the worldwide field service and support organization including clinical applications specific training as well as system level training for our Class I medical devices.
  • Develop, build documentation and maintain existing documentation following GDP (Good Documentation Practice)
  • Other miscellaneous duties might be assigned.
