WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Engineering degree and several years of working experience
• Good knowledge of European CV market and truck & bus technology, or even logistics or trucking companies
• Experience with project management with self-driven projects
• Knowledge of European automotive supplier landscape and product development process
• Know-how of electric vehicles is an advantage
• Good command of English and German language
• Ability to structure and summarize complex topics
• Good communication and networking skills
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel in Europe and to work in an international environment

• Lead the CV internal projects in correlation to the project team members and stakeholders
• Taking responsibilities for multi project management within the whole CV team
• Tracking tasks, responsibilities, timeline and budget in the project teams
• Take over technical responsibility for development projects within the system development
• Manage technical requirements in the vehicle development from regulation, market to customer needs
• Report progress and results within the relevant meetings and to the management
• Implement processes and methods for easy planning and improvements
• Drive lessons learnt for every project to improve the upcoming projects
