Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Senior Project Manager will act as a key operational partner to the CEO/executive team, ensuring the efficient execution of key projects and initiatives, streamlining operations, and coordinating communication and collaboration across departments. The SPM will be responsible for managing special projects, overseeing company initiatives, and driving organizational priorities. This individual will provide critical support to leadership in operational processes, resource planning, and project management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Strategic Support:
  • Lead strategic planning processes and ensure alignment across the organization.
  1. Project and Operations Management:
  • Oversee and manage key initiatives, from planning to execution, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
  • Track the progress of company-wide projects, working closely with department heads to remove bottlenecks.
  • Implement operational processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  1. Communication and Coordination:
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO/executive team and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ensure information flows efficiently within the organization and to external partners.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership meetings, as well as board meetings.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead various projects and initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
  • Represent the Exec team in meetings when necessary, ensuring consistency of message and alignment with strategic goals.
  1. Problem Solving and Decision Support:
  • Assist in problem-solving across the organization, providing recommendations and insights to leadership.
  • Facilitate quick decision-making by ensuring the CEO or leadership team has access to the necessary information and analysis.
  1. Special Projects:
  • Lead and oversee ad hoc strategic initiatives and special projects that require executive-level attention.
  • Ensure that all special projects are executed within the established timeframe and budget.
