REQUIREMENTS:

• Over 10 years of experience, particularly developing projects for the Medical Industry
• PMP certification is preferred but not essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct and manage assigned projects to successful completion.
• Provide feedback and support to general contractors.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including budget and resource allocation.
• Facilitate weekly project meetings and maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Refine project budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering skill development and collaboration.
• Analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Advise and support other managers to enhance project management processes.
