EDUCATION
- HS Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred; may consider relevant/proven experience in lieu of degree
EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Information Technologies, preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies for successful project initiation, planning, execution, and control/monitoring.
- Successful in a team environment with a customer-focused approach, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven track record to influence without authority and drive accountability across a matrixed organization.
- Using data analytical skills to tackle problems and optimally presenting findings or sophisticated ideas.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Outstanding communication, adaptable to diverse audiences and situations.
- Proficient in using applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) for project management and documentation.
- Encouraging and motivating leader, driving teams towards outstanding results.
- Strong critical thinking skills and pragmatic approach to challenges.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
