Responsibilities:

  • Own end to end success of the project/program, ensuring accountability, execution of timelines, and continuous management of change to deliver timely results
  • Ensure that all projects/programs are delivered within scope and budget
  • Develop project/program scopes and objectives, involving all relevant cross-functional team members and ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Identify key issues and risks, recommend options which are supported by a clear fact set and analysis, facilitate and broker individual and team decisions. Requires an understanding of stakeholder motivations, impacts to the organization, and when to raise issues to higher levels of management
  • Develop detailed project/program plans to supervise progress and action logs
  • Lead project/program execution to ensure standard Project Management tools are deployed
  • Measure project/program performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project/program documentation and prepare reports for leadership
  • Experience with challenging the current thought process of staff and status quo of business processes
  • Influence project/program team members and project/program sponsor
