Location/Division Specific Information
Located in the vibrant city of Eindhoven, Netherlands, this role is part of our dynamic MSD division. You will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Order Fulfillment, collaborating closely with a diverse range of global teams to drive our Master Data strategy.

As a Sr Project Manager Master Dat at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving master data processes across our global operations. Your work will be crucial in ensuring flawless data integrity and driving world-class supply chain solutions.

A day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with the Master Data Control team, IT, and business specialists within Supply Chain, Sales and Service to craft and maintain master data processes.
  • Provide daily support and solutions for business partners on data and process issues within the ERP system (QAD).
  • Partner with IT to identify opportunities for improving data and processes in the ERP system, discuss possible solutions, and drive testing and execution.
  • Assist in the cleansing, transformation, and conversion of data across key business and master data domains.
  • Support integration projects to synchronize requirements across systems for standardized processes.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully implement complex data initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Outstanding communication skills to advise and mentor global business partners.

Education

  • Bachelor / University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating the required skills.

Experience

  • More than 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in project management, master data, or supply chain/logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle stress and work autonomously.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and reporting skills.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and may require occasional travel. The role demands high levels of concentration and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
