JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will lead strategic transformation programs and projects in the change management space, will manage the prioritization of initiatives, and will prepare employees for change adoption.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Managing project activity for an assigned business line or for projects that cross several business lines.
  • Working with senior business line management to formulate project scope on complex and cross-functional projects.
  • Serving as the single point-of-contact for deployment and end-to-end ownership of assigned changes.
  • Collaborating and working with Sr. Business leads to identify and mitigate execution risk.
  • Participating in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects.
  • Interfacing with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
  • Participating in training users and evaluating the project.
  • Managing performance of the project team and evaluating overall team performance, driving the changes through to completion.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in collaborating and working with Sr. Business leads
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate execution risk of changes/projects.
  • Possesses comprehensive to expert knowledge of assigned business function and related technical skills.
  • Ability to serve as an expert in several project areas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
    This role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the office location for the other days.
