Description:
PMO is expected to do the following -
- Pragmatic, fit for purpose Program and Project Management & Project Management Office (PM, PGM, PMO)
- PM, PMG and PMO standards defined and agreed
- Support in defining and potentially hiring the right profiles to execute the standards on PM, PMG, PMO
- Project Management Directive approved by Executive Board
- Project Management Handbook (s) adopted by the relevant stakeholders
- Training for PMOs and PMs completed
- Meaningful central reporting for all large projects and programs (with the option to see portfolios)
