Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team in Lisbon, ES.
This position will suit a highly motivated Project Manager to consolidate their career within the leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets, joining a successful team with exceptional Multinational clients.
Our ideal candidate will have +3years of experience, technical background and good personal soft skills with innovative and digital orientation. Will be part of our Project Management team reporting to Sr Project Manager.

Role accountabilities:

  • Client Management.
  • Reviewing the project documentation (plans, technical specifications, planning, etc.) and assessing the steps to be taken in relation to the progress of the project.
  • Risk, sustainability and environmental analysis considering time, cost and quality.
  • Project, cost, budget, planning and resource management, project progress reporting; liaising with project stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, leading projects and teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture and Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer+Master’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in hotels and residential (new developments)
  • Project, cost, budget, planning and resource management, project progress reporting; liaising with project stakeholders.
  • Full professional English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a must.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Tools and software relevant to job functions (AutoCad, Presto, REVIT, BIM).
  • Timely delivery, consistency, and quality of deliverable to team and client expectations, in compliance with our business quality systems.
  • Engagement with and adoption of the Arcadis Way and Arcadis core values.
