Job Description
This role is part of the Fortune 100 - Global Partner Solutions Team (GPS). The successful candidate will ensure partner investments via custom deals, campaigns, and similar programs meet business objectives and are executed compliantly. The role focuses on managing and overseeing special projects while maintaining direct communication and interaction with clients throughout the project’s lifecycle.
The Project Manager will manage the rhythm of business and act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team, ensuring that the project meets the client’s requirements, expectations, and goals. An understanding of governance and audit processes is essential, ensuring adherence throughout the lifecycle of a project. Furthermore, the role involves identifying areas of improvement opportunities in investment strategy, KPIs, end-to-end rhythm of business, and communications - a key part of which is the ability to document processes/SOPs to facilitate both execution and optimization opportunity discussions.
The role offers an exciting balance of task repetition and change which makes the job interesting daily. The position is part of a managed services group within the IT vertical and is oriented towards strategic project delivery. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • understanding of governance and audit processes and ensuring they are adhered to throughout the lifecycle of a project
  • Identify areas of improvement opportunities in investment strategy, KPIs, end to end rhythm of business and communications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 - 7 years of Project management experience; ideally technical marketing/B2B programs/project management, Microsoft experience,
  • Demonstrated excellent day-to-day client communication skills
  • Risk/Issue management
  • Ability to leverage analytics, with a strategy-oriented mindset to drive business value & desired outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to drive clarity from ambiguity,
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple workstreams; track, execute, and close actions/clarifications/issues given overall ROTB/project schedule
  • Ability to individually drive programs and projects to completion, while flagging support if/when needed proactively through resolution
  • Ability to document processes/SOPs to facilitate onboarding, execution process optimizations
  • BA required and CAPM/PMP preferred
  • Microsoft office suite, project management (these may not be technical), agile methodologies
  • PMP, SAFe or Scrum Master are a plus
  • Nearshore, CRI or MX
