Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage and execute rapid delivery of requests to website properties, including: business as usual content changes, marketing campaigns, corporate Initiatives, regulatory changes, rate changes, and more;
- Assess client requests (in Jira) by understanding the business requirements, impact to clients and customers, and alignment to an integrated online experience;
- Document and coordinate all requests activities, including: requirements, change order requests, Jira intake, tracking, project status reporting, and communication;
- As needed, coordinate deployment activities with Quality Engineer, Delivery Management, Business/Marketing partners, and support teams to ensure successful delivery;
- Align work activities to support priorities as defined by requestors. Ensure deliverables meet quality objectives. Communicate status and provide timely escalation of issues;
- Participate in daily meetings (backlog refinement, pod huddle, etc.)
- Participate in quarterly Program Incrementation sessions to support roadmap and Business’ OKRs;
- Develop and manage relationships with key partners: Marketing, Product Groups, Technology partners,
- Change Management, Incident Management, and external partners;
- Represent Content Publishing team as a subject matter expert;
- Lead initiatives to help improve processes and efficiencies;
- Provide a professional, consistent and positive client experience;
- EXPERIENCE WORKING IN AN ONLINE/DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT - 5+ YRS;
- Excellent communication skills (verbally and in written);
- Excellent knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA;
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills;
- Able to occasionally work after-hours (evenings and weekends) to deliver projects.
