POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Senior Quality Control Technician, you will have a key role in ensuring the seamless production of biopharmaceutical products in accordance with global quality standards. Your responsibilities will include carrying out qualification/validation protocols, overseeing batch release, and conducting stability testing. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Science (Biotechnology / Biochemistry, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
- Specific knowledge of Bio-pharmaceutical processes, Pharmaceutical guidelines and principles of Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Proven record of ability to work as a team member and independently.
- Experience in multitasking, prioritizing, and showing initiative.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in activities related to analytical development and QC test strategy. Contribute to the maintaining of TGA and other licenses.
- Sound knowledge of equipment used within the laboratory including ELISA, Endotoxin, UV-VIS, SoloVPE, and qPCR.
- Assess analysis against predefined specifications and effective execution of test records for customer requirements.
- Transfer new analytical techniques and assays into the Biochemistry Laboratory.
- Identify and report non-conformances and Lab Incidents/OOS/UR results.
- Peer review analysis for completeness and correctness.
- Ensure efficiency aligns with EH&S guidelines and Quality Standards.
- Maintain scientific integrity and ensure data integrity culture is maintained.
- Assist with periodic review of QC documentation.
- Perform other legitimate duties as advised by the QC Biochemsitry Team Leader.
