We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent team! Join us to make subscriptions a competitive advantage for businesses worldwide. In this role, you will establish yourself as a Subject matter expert, partnering and collaborating with hiring managers and teams to bring exceptional talent to Recurly. As a Senior Recruiter, your primary focus will be to support the Marketing, Sales, and Technical hiring initiatives. You will work the full cycle of recruiting including source, recruit, and manage the candidate experience. You will be a partner to employees on multiple teams and at varying career levels and act as a company ambassador.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, working in a fast-paced environment recruiting for sales, marketing, and technical roles
- Strong and proven networking ability, continuously generating and driving a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates through a variety of channels
- Proven experience partnering and building strong, productive relationships with clients, partners, and team members
- Deep analytic skills with the ability to create, measure and report on workflow and metrics
- Innovative, creative and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success, utilizing various internal partners
- Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable, agile and flexible
- Highly detail oriented, ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline oriented projects is essential
- Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence
- Takes initiative, is proactive with strong follow through
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems
- Self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently in an ambiguous environment
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, Lever preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and full life-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, and technical positions
- Cultivate, develop and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, team members, and cross-functional team members
- Communicate, advise, and report on sourcing and recruiting strategies, market trends and health of candidate pipeline to the hiring manager and Recruiting Manager
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, building and maintaining a strong network of talented candidates through market research, community building and on-going relationship management for short and long term opportunities for a broad/deep range of positions
- Own, manage and drive the full life-cycle recruiting process from the creation of the interview plan to sourcing to offer acceptance all the while documenting all conversations with the teams and candidates within the ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Review, screen, and interview candidates for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements, while gauging candidates’ motivation for the position
- Present offer recommendations to the business, lead offer negotiations and complete detailed reference checking
- Present company and position Recurly’s value proposition and story in a compelling manner
