Description:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for our global regulatory services team with experience in regulatory work to join our team and lead critical Phase II projects and submissions to the European Commission (EC), German and French authorities.
The position is responsible for the overall client experience which includes effectively managing the schedule, scope and cost of a project while maintaining a high level of quality and achieving client goals and project success.
As a Senior Project Manager specializing in regulatory work, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of projects with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and submissions. Your role will involve overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and client objectives. You will be the key liaison between clients, internal teams, and regulatory bodies, ensuring successful project outcomes and adherence to industry best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management, consulting, litigation support or paralegal experience in a top-tier law firm, consulting practice, or vendor with a focus on regulatory work, particularly in Phase II projects and submissions to European regulators.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, including European Commission requirements and processes.
- Proven track record in managing multiple simultaneous regulatory projects with successful outcomes.
- Must be proficient with the Microsoft office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Candidate must have a deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry
- Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements
- Problem-solving, analytical, and organization skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in Germany and/ or French would be advantageous.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities and legal document review requirements
