The Sr Representative, ID & Profile Management supports Client ID creation, deactivation, profile changes, Internal ID mapping and reconciliation. Sr Representative, ID & Profile Management is responsible for obtaining, distributing, profiling Agent IDs in UDM and tracking Client ID’s of Concentrix employees per contractual obligations with Client. This position maintains employee profiles & access level, also publish weekly reports and analysis to Client Services as well as maintain an ID Database. You will work onsite in our site in Pavas, San Jose and will report to the Manager, Business Intelligence & Insights

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2 years of equivalent experience
• Advanced English level both written and spoken (B2+)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and meet timelines of deliverables.

• Supports ID creation, deactivation, profile changes, Internal ID mapping and reconciliation. Sr Representative is responsible for obtaining, distributing, profiling agent. This position maintains employee profiles & access level, and also publishes weekly reports and analysis.
• Support ID creation, deactivation & profile changes.
• Maintain the database accurately which is used to indicate Concentrix hierarchy, for feedback and tracking purposes.
• Provide reports of ID fulfillment for both Concentrix and Client on a Timely basis.
