In close partnership with a dedicated Executive Talent Partner, you’ll deliver cutting-edge research and valuable market insights that shape the future of our leadership teams.
Your role goes beyond research—you’ll be the guardian of data integrity, ensuring that our systems reflect accurate and reliable information. You’ll also be a catalyst for innovation, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our search processes and systems, while helping to elevate the capabilities of our entire function.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in research, talent acquisition, or a similar role, with a focus on executive-level searches in search firm and/or multinational technology, manufacturing, or healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing research tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with peers, candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
Responsibilities:
- Competitive Talent Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research and analysis leveraging 3rd party tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Pitchbook, Gartner Reports, etc. to understand the current trends, opportunities, and challenges in the talent market. Provide actionable insights to inform and refine our executive search strategies.
- Market Mapping: Develop comprehensive market maps that identify potential talent pools and key competitors, enabling targeted recruitment efforts.
- Organization Charts: Create detailed organization charts for key companies and industries of interest, identifying high-potential candidates for executive roles.
- Name Generation: Utilize a variety of sources and techniques to generate lists of potential candidates that match specific executive search criteria.
- Candidate Outreach: Execute initial candidate outreach efforts, ensuring a positive and professional first impression of our company. Engage with potential candidates to gauge interest and suitability for executive roles.
- CRM/Candidate Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and update our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of candidate interactions, feedback, and statuses throughout the recruitment process. Maintain a well-organized candidate pipeline to streamline the search and selection process.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the executive search team and HR leadership to report findings, provide insights, and recommend strategies for engaging with top talent. Ensure all stakeholders are informed of market trends and candidate developments.
