aytm “Ask Your Target Market” is looking to hire a full-time SENIOR RESEARCH ANALYST, to help us empower a world where curiosity is applauded, answers are accessible, and insights are actionable.
The Senior Research Analyst will assist research managers in fulfilling day to day client expectations and will provide administrative and executional support to complete projects with speed and accuracy in an agile and customer-focused set-up.
This role will require: 1) Experience in online survey research and deliverable execution (reporting, data tables). 2) Expertise in managing multiple priorities and communicating with stakeholder groups. 3) Technical and analytical orientation. 4) Strong attention to detail. 5) A solution-oriented and customer-focused approach and 6) An action-focused and proactive approach to problem solving.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the market research industry.
- A bachelor’s/master’s degree in market research, social sciences, mathematics/statistics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with all parts of the online market research life cycle including questionnaire design, survey programming, fielding, data analysis, and reporting.
- Direct experience using one or online survey platforms oriented toward DIY use, such as Qualtrics, Decipher, Survey Monkey, Survey Gizmo, or Question Pro.
- Direct experience with using data analytic software such as SPSS, Q, R, MarketSight etc.
- Experience with analysis plans, charting and coordinating/organizing data for final deliverables to the client.
- Ability and analytical skills to convert data into reports and insights.
- Exceptional technical skills and proven ability to troubleshoot escalations.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities in an agile and quick-turn environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills- must be able to collaborate internally as a part of team and externally with vendors and clients.
- Skilled user of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.
- Self-starter with a strong drive and motivation to have an impact.

Responsibilities:
Research Execution
- Deliver a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, ever-changing and fast-paced environment.
- Review survey instruments supplied by the clients and check for grammar, logic, and survey optimization, taking into consideration research objectives, industry best-practices and internal platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to program surveys on AYTM’s proprietary platform and test online survey links for quality assurance.
- Set-up surveys in different languages for global projects; Coordinate with third party suppliers on translations and other activities in relation to programming.
- Execute fieldwork for complex market research studies in partnership with the panels operations team and monitor reports to meet project goals and metrics accurately.
- Communicate with clients to provide regular project execution updates as necessary.
- Identify, trouble-shoot and escalate any tool/platform-related technical issues and find solutions in partnership with internal teams to drive projects forward.
Research Support
Provide support to the Research Manager:
- By assisting in the development of questionnaires - designing screeners, custom pre-qualification questions and simple survey questions.
- Conducting thorough QA of questionnaire documents, links and various reporting deliverables.
Analysis and Reporting
- Create analysis plans for moderate complexity studies.
- Interpret data, write reports and make actionable recommendations with oversight from Research Managers.
- Build charts and slides for reporting deliverables with a focus on data visualization.
- Serve as a liaison with any assigned vendors to uphold client and company best practices from a reporting standpoint.
- Ensure quality assurance of the final reporting deliverable is in line with client’s expectations.
Administrative and Team-focused
- Organize project materials and manage project-related administrative processes.
- Perform closing tasks including final cost analysis and investigations for projects.
- Perform independently and collaborate as a part of a team in a remote, virtual and entrepreneurial setting.
