Description:
SUMMARY
Typically the first person onsite, you become the face of the organization during a time of need. Attending to these emergency situations you proactively limit damage and mitigate loss following IICRC protocols.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous restorations experience an asset.
- IICRC or equivalent certification in Water Damage Restoration preferred
- Certification or experience in Abatement an asset
- Valid driver’s license - a MUST
- Bondable
- Able to work on a on-call schedule
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Water Damage Restoration Technician Certificate: 1 year (preferred)
- Restoration: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Use acceptable IICRC practices in all aspects of structural drying
- Ability to assess and implement procedures that will expedite the drying process.
- Working knowledge of mediation equipment operation and placement.
- Manages onsite emergency response activities, including pumping water, clearing carpet, removing drywall, mitigation, etc.
- Sets up deodorization, negative air, ozone, thermo-fogging and related equipment on site.
- Responsible for the monitoring of temperature, humidity, and GPP readings.
- Upload detailed water sheets from the site daily.
- Completes and submits timesheets for all jobs.
- Ensures all health and safety protocols are being implemented and followed.
- Assists with content handling, pack out, and documentation following company procedures as required.
