Sr. Risk Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Digital Risk & Compliance (DRC) Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming the risk, regulatory, and compliance management functions for our clients. You will lead project workstreams, oversee a project team, and ensure strategic integration of risk management processes across investment, financing, and operational decisions. You will also engage in business development, fostering client relationships, and driving the proposal development process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: 8 years of relevant work experience in areas such as:Enterprise risk management, including risk governance, operating models, and risk assessment processes.Risk data analytics and reporting.Implementation of IRM/GRC tools.Control design, testing, optimization, and automation.Operational resilience and business continuity.Third-party risk management.Technology risk framework design, implementation, and assessment.Data quality and governance.
• Consulting Background: Experience within a consulting or banking firm is preferred.
• Project Delivery: Proven track record in project delivery and change management.
• Leadership: Demonstrated people management skills with experience in leading teams.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC) are a plus.
