Sr. RPA Engineer w/Secret Clearance

A3 is seeking a Sr. RPA Engineer to support a Federal client. As a Sr. RPA Engineer, you will work closely with federal program team and IT contractor support team to support the goals of the program, its clients and the overall mission. If you have a passion for helping clients and are looking to be a key player in a fast-growing, innovative company, this role is for you.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines
• A minimum of eight (8) year’s experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on designing and implementing automation solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in RPA development (e.g., C#, Java).
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into automated solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• RPA certification from recognized vendors. Experience with additional automation technologies (e.g., OCR, NLP).
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts applicable to RPA.
• Familiarity with process mining tools.
• Understanding of agile development methodologies.
