Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining customer expend, competitors’ participation in the market, register, upload in company systems, and keep update on monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Driving early engagement & Pre-Tender for GaffneyCline portfolio.
  • Defining the techno-commercial strategy to align with Company Product lines and plan for Must-Win Opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting annual revenue, cost, margins and profits estimations - with updates to reviews and business plans held every quarter
  • Reviews and Business plans updates to be held every Quarter. Aligning company technical resources and experts, defining the strategy and resources to generate and present techno-commercial proposals
  • Reviewing and approving commercial proposals, assuring that they meet company standards, and comply with quality and policies.
  • Driving the strategy of customer engagement, participate in meetings, define follow up strategy and techno-commercial approach
  • Reviewing KPI’s and targets - (e.g. Revenue, Profitability, win rate, Opportunities Pipeline, Market Share, follow up strategy to keep above plans

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Have a minimum 10 years of experience in the oil, gas and new energy or industrial industries
  • Experience working with both NOC & IOC
  • Be a fluent bi-lingual Spanish/English speaker
  • Speak Portuguese (preferably
