Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong expertise in Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) and Sales Planning. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce development and implementation, with a proven track record of working on large-scale projects involving ETM. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication, as well as the ability to engage with onshore and offshore teams effectively.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce experience with expertise in Apex, LWC, and complex integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) and Sales Planning in the last two projects is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in leading teams and driving end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects.
- Ability to support offshore teams and ensure smooth collaboration across different time zones.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in working in Agile teams.
- Experience in working with global clients and delivering solutions across geographies.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £40.00-£45.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- ETM & Sales Planning Implementation:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) and Sales Planning solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
- Ensure optimal ETM configurations and functionality to meet the organization’s business objectives.
- Salesforce Development & Integration:
- Develop robust and scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom APIs for seamless integrations with external systems.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery by following best practices and performing code reviews.
- Project & Delivery Management:
- Take ownership of grooming and refining user stories, defining tasks, and ensuring successful ticket delivery.
- Act as a liaison between onshore and offshore teams to ensure clarity in deliverables and timelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior developers and ensure adherence to project milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, manage expectations, and address concerns.
- Participate in client interviews and be available during partial morning hours for any offshore coordination, if required.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and function flawlessly in a production environment.
- Address post-deployment issues and ensure smooth handover and support.
