We are searching for a skilled Senior Service Delivery Manager (SDM)/Senior Client Relations Manager to join our team. While the title may vary, what truly matters is your ability to embrace the responsibilities of the role and bring solid business experience from similar positions.
As part of emagine’s commercial unit focusing on Danish Global Accounts, we are looking for someone passionate about strengthening customer trust and satisfaction. You will work closely with our Global Team, based at our headquarters in Sydhavnen, Copenhagen.
We are seeking a professional capable of delivering outstanding client experiences for some of our most important private sector clients. Your key responsibility will be to support the Director of Global Accounts, ensuring our collaboration meets client expectations. Specifically, you will:
- Arrange meetings between our consultants and clients.
- Follow up on completed interviews and take necessary actions to secure agreements.
- Ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes, including system registrations, contracts, invoices, etc.
- Provide support to consultants working within the relevant area.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Contracts, Finance, and Sourcing, when needed.
- Assist the Director with follow-ups, contract renewals, and minimizing bottleneck risks

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a professional capable of delivering outstanding client experiences for some of our most important private sector clients. Your key responsibility will be to support the Director of Global Accounts, ensuring our collaboration meets client expectations. Specifically, you will:

- Provide support to consultants working within the relevant area.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as Contracts, Finance, and Sourcing, when needed.
- Assist the Director with follow-ups, contract renewals, and minimizing bottleneck risks.
As you become familiar with the role, you will be expected to take on more client interactions and act as an extension of the Director in ensuring strong customer relationships such as being a part of strengthen the communication and team work internally.
