Description:

PROFILE:

  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a comparable field of activity;
  • Prior experience in a business or financial analyst role is considered a strong advantage;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts related to: PandL statements, provisions, general ledger;
  • Excellent logical skills, problem solving abilities and detail orientation;
  • Secure user knowledge with SAP,
  • Expertise in MS Office aEUR” Excel functions: formulas, vlookup, pivots, macros (nice to have);
  • Good knowledge of English (mandatory).
  • Analytical and meticulous working style also in mass data processing; Good comprehension of numbers;
  • Ability to work in a team and to cooperate;
  • Communication and argumentation skills;
  • Understanding and ability to complete complex or special tasks (sometimes with external consultants);
  • Proactively improve existing processes and create new ways of working aEUR” independently;
  • Well organized and structured, able to prioritize and deal with multitasking; Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative activities related to monitoring and error handling of electronic transactions;
  • Verification and processing of incoming supplier invoices including the reconciliation of the differences between transaction data received and amounts invoiced;
  • Identification, analysis and communication of settlement issues with internal teams and DKV suppliers;
