Responsibilities:
You’ll play a key role and manage, monitor and operate on our products and their infrastructure in development, testing and production environments. So you’re a critical part of our SDLC and leading work that affects more and more complex systems and mission-critical areas of our applications, keeping our payment solutions up and running for our customers + users.
You’ll build, enhance, test and operate automation technologies to improve our products and infrastructure. We make extensive use of Azure DevOps and JIRA.
You’ll participate in system benchmarking, capacity analysis and/or sizing activities with the broader dev and infrastructure teams.
That means you’ll also be collaborating with product analysts, customer care, pre-sales engineers, and core product engineers on features and support cases to see what’s going on under the hood.
You’ll be researching new technologies and/or applications of technology that we could and should be using and integrating into our stack so that our teams are efficient and effective.
Participating in PCI DSS, SOC1, SOC2 compliance planning/activities are the norm.
And you’ll occasionally also be coordinating with the team after hours and be on an on-call rotation.
