As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Security Manager to join our team and lead our security operations in Denmark.

Responsibilities:

  • In close collaboration with our Regional Head of Security EMEA, you will be deploying and implementing strategic priorities to drive security risk assessments & define relevant mitigations against identified risks to protect LEGO® assets, property & people.
  • Responsible for defining requirements for security infrastructure at the different sites in Denmark and secure existing security infrastructure is operating and maintained according to standards and budgets. (e.g., Surveillance cameras, Access Control, Site Perimeter, Body Scanner and other relevant technologies)
  • Lead daily security operations in accordance to defined standards, budgets & performance measures.
  • Manage external contracts & partnerships for outsourced security services in Denmark ensuring regular follow-up on performance and ongoing efficiency optimization.
  • Facilitate the ongoing development / maintenance of local Contingency Plans for the LEGO Group’s activities in Denmark in collaboration with relevant areas, functions and specialists.
  • Responsible for mobilizing the Local Site Emergency Management teams in Billund and/or Copenhagen in the event of incidents & emergencies, ensuring appropriate communication to & between partners (e.g., Legal, HR, Operations, EHS, Governmental & Public Affairs, Local Facility) and ensure timely reporting to Regional Director on the status & result.
  • Support on ad-hoc requests & tasks for cross site collaboration.
