Description:

Sr. Software Engineer (RPA):

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in developing and deploying Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere (A360)
  • Experience with implementing end-to-end enterprise level automations using Automation Copilot, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
  • Experience with integrating RPA solutions via APIs, working with REST/SOAP web services, and automating data exchange between systems
  • Experience working with Citizen Developers
  • Good knowledge of A360 control room (WLM, schedules, credential manager, bot insights & dashboards)
  • Proficiency in languages such as VBScript, Python, or Java to build complex automations and integrations
  • Strong understanding of the Robotic Process Automation Development Life Cycle (RDLC)
  • Experience in developing reusable automation components that can be used across multiple projects, reducing development time and increasing efficiency.
  • Experience in leading and participating in end-to-end testing of automated workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
  • Conduct regular code reviews, promote RPA development best practices, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams to ensure RPA solutions align with business needs
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA implementations, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4 to 6 years of developer and administrator experience with Automation Anywhere or an equivalent RPA platform (Blueprism, UIPath, Power Automate) is required
  • Working knowledge of integrating RPA solutions with Google Workspace suite like Googlesheet, GMail & Calendar is preferred
  • Certification in Automation Anywhere is preferred.(e.g., Advanced RPA Professional, Master RPA Professional)
  • Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms
  • Ability to mentor junior developers, provide guidance, and ensure that team members are following RPA best practices
  • Strong communications skills, written and verbal
  • Flexible, with the ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks as necessary
  • Strong organization, customer service and time management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic team environment across US and India timezones
