Our UKG Ready Team is driven by three delivery channels (Boost, Launch, and Migrations) designed to cater to clients across diverse industries and accommodate varying levels of complexity. The UKG Ready Implementation teams specializes in implementing clients across a wide spectrum of industries, catering to both small and medium-sized businesses. We leverage a proven implementation methodology that ensures an efficient and seamless launch experience for our clients. Our approach allows us to deliver a comprehensive solution while adhering to an accelerated timeline. Whether it’s a small business or a growing mid-sized company, we are committed to providing a successful implementation of UKG Ready that meets the unique needs of each client.
UKG is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to implement UKG Ready, our award-winning HRMS/Payroll offering. As a Solution Consultant, you will be part of a growing, dynamic team responsible for the high-quality, complete implementation of our core HRMS product. Qualified candidates are self-starters with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills who are highly motivated to provide excellent customer service. Candidates will also possess a general knowledge of payroll and/or human resource concepts and regulations and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and perform lifecycle of assigned implementation projects in compliance with UKG’s implementation methodology (Business Analysis, Summary of Business Rule Requirements, System Configuration, Data Mapping, Parallel Testing, Live Processing and Support Transition)
- Provide analytical and design expertise; system configuration; data mapping; testing and client support of application activation.
- Track, manage, and oversee resolution of open implementation issues/items
- Leverage your knowledge and experience to consult on best practices and assist clients in designing and building a solution that meets their needs
- Working cross-functionally and amongst a team on new customer implementations
- Act as the subject matter expert for clients on the Ready product
- Staying up to date on the latest product features and functionality
- Drive consistency into Ready delivery practices by leveraging your implementation experience to define processes and best practices for the services organization
- Use common excel functions, such as VLOOKUP, to format data files and import into UKG Ready
- Proactively communicate with customers and UKG Project Team members to keep them apprised of project status; mitigating and providing solutions for process or product related issues.
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem solving strategies to complete tasks
- Completing project milestones by due dates and keep project tracking tool updated on a weekly basis.
- Creating & build custom reports within product
- Proactively communicate with customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities
- Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items
Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience implementing time and attendance, scheduling, labor management, HR/Payroll, ERP, or similar domain product/systems
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Requirements
- Bi-lingual in French and English
- Payroll experience is a plus
- SHRM, FPC, CPP a plus
- Experience with UKG Ready/Kronos Workforce Ready or other HCM software preferred
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, etc. are still being defined
