JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re seeking a dynamic Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team, someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance our email marketing campaigns and drive our business forward.
Your Role: As a Sr Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our email marketing strategy. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise, with responsibilities extending from campaign creation to deep analytics and integration with cutting-edge marketing technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an email marketing role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in HTML, CSS, and email platform integrations.
  • Proven experience with email marketing analytics and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, Iterable) and integration tools like Feedotter.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage projects across global time zones.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns using advanced HTML and CSS to ensure compatibility and responsiveness across all devices.
  • Develop and manage integration solutions with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Feedotter, and troubleshoot API integrations to streamline workflows and enhance campaign performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to ensure seamless automation and personalization of marketing efforts, leveraging tools like Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).
  • Stay abreast of the latest email marketing trends and technologies, including comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot), to continually enhance our marketing efforts.
