Description:

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Plan and execute Marketing Operations (MOPS) related systems and tools tasks. Ensure consistent article master data quality and accuracy across EMC Cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan timelines for related seasonal system and tools tasks and coordinate milestones cross-functionally.
  • Prepare and ensure timely execution of seasonal system uploads and checks.
  • Prepare process flow charts and keep Systems & Tools Playbook updated.
  • Bring in E2E-process improvements.
  • Execute regular Brand Article Master Data checks and share outcome.
  • Ensure Master Data files are updated.
  • Support with local catalogue creation (Listing / Segmentation).
  • Ensure, that Global data updates such as License End and dropped articles are reflected in EMC range correctly and work together with SCM & Finance teams.
  • Raise tickets and coordinate with Service Support teams.
  • Prepare system and tools related templates and checklists.
  • Support Brand related Systems & Tools projects.
  • Support Digital Showroom Transformation and Sell-in Tools Article Master preparation.
  • Assist with other Marketing Operations tasks.

  • Cluster CTC
  • Cluster SAP Key Users
  • Other cross-functional teams, e.g., Purchasing, Finance, Customer Service, Sales Excellence, SCM

  • Adherence to defined timelines and milestones
  • Report on Marketing Operations system and tools related KPIs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • > 2 years of experience in operational driven environment
  • Project Management
  • Preferred experience in automation software tools (e.g., UiPath) and data analysis
  • Advanced SAP User and strong system skills
  • Fluent in English
