Description:

Job Function: SW&C Marketplace Delivery The role:

  • Lead a Team of Operation Managers
  • Preparation of quotes for customer software requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (i.e. Sales Support, Finance) as well as external teams (Partners, OEM) for delivering the best-in-class customers experience.
  • Plan, process, support day-to-day tactical actions (i.e., processing of orders, credits and returns and making suggestions for existing process refinement) and load orders with the vendors using internal ERP/Vendor Portal/Emails
  • Scoping and onboarding of new publishers on basis of customer requirements
  • Manage client relationship by resolving customer issues related to Quotation, Pricing etc.
  • Solving high complexity and proactively follow-up on highest complexity issues to resolve them with some guidance along with a vison of working towards ZERO escalations.
  • Create awareness and facilitate client data to business & technical consultants.
  • Facilitate processing and delivery of orders in coordination with the concerned stakeholders.
  • Advise on Licensing to the external as well as internal stakeholders and win their trust with your subject matter expertise.
  • Manage all types of publisher specific agreement processing within the framework of the publisher agreement signed with SoftwareOne.
  • Be a central SPOC for all internal and external stakeholders, communicating.
  • Drive organizational and sales process improvements, in partnership with leaders.

  • Good Critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to think out of the box/ creative bent.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Fluent in English with excellent command over grammar
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, analytical are also required.
