Ansell is looking for a Sr Specialist, Tenders to join our team in Brussels, Krakow or Lithuania.
In this position you will play a vital role in providing support to the Chemical Body protection commercial team role in tenders and support in the route to market model.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL BE?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Assoc Director, Global Product Portfolio Management, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor and Manage subscriptions of global tender portals such as Mercell
  • Work with Regional stakeholders to decide on best approach to win each tender (Direct Sales & Local Channel Partner)
  • In collaboration with vertical stakeholders (Global and Regional Product Managers, Regulatory & Sales) develop and review proposal materials to ensure compelling offers
  • Arrange and lead the contract /tender review meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Develop tender and bid specifications with customers to align Ansell solutions with their applications.
  • Create and maintain a global ‘market map’ of opportunities in the pipeline to ensure visibility for buying cycles
  • Use experience of applications and solutions to become a trusted advisor to stakeholders in creating winning tender responses and bids.
  • To be responsible for all product samples and documents are submitted within deadline requirements
  • Inform the business of upcoming tenders to support financial and manufacturing forecasting
  • Develop strong relationships with internal sales teams and Ansell channel partners to be the key contact point for Tender response and planning.

  • Proven record of co-ordinating & leading public & private sector bid/ tender responses
  • Know-how to engage with stakeholders and able to manage multiple bids/tenders
  • Tenacious and results driven with sound business judgment; strong commercial acumen
  • Exceptional problem solving and communication skills with analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety/ PPE a plus
  • Languages: Fluent English (written & oral)
